Overview

The client is one of India’s fastest-growing supermarket chains, operating over 300 outlets across major cities. With millions of daily transactions across various stores, their Point-of-Sale (POS) systems generate huge volumes of customer and purchase data. They aimed to centralize this data into their CRM system in real time to enable personalized marketing, customer loyalty programs, and inventory-driven insights. Apache NiFi was chosen as the data orchestration tool to automate the flow of transactional data from diverse POS systems into the CRM.
